Refund & Returns Policy

Submitting & Executing Orders

When you choose the desired product from the list available to you, you can press the “Execute Order” button to submit your order. 

Please note that it is (important) that you review the information you have entered and correct any errors before pressing the “Execute Order” button, while when you press it, you will not be able to correct the errors. 

After ARTA receives your request, it will start processing the request and a message will appear on the final page stating that your request has been received. 

In the event that you paid in an unauthorized manner, you will be returned to the previous page on the site and ARTA will not be obligated to provide the requested services.

 

Payment Methods

• The customer can choose between different payment methods on the Arta website, which are at the moment: credit cards, debit cards and cash upon delivery only. Arta App has the right to provide other payment methods that are not currently available, or to block any payment methods that are currently available. In the case of online payment, the customer is obligated to choose one of the payment methods available upon request, as online payments will be handled by online payment service providers, and if the customer agrees to this, the online payment service providers will keep the customer’s card data through the face print feature, to be used in the event of an order later without the need to enter credit card data for each new payment.

• The customer is always obligated to ensure that the card balance is sufficient to pay the value of the order before making the order, and the customer is also obligated to use the card within the credit limit allowed for the card. The customer is also obligated not to get involved in unauthorized chargebacks.

 

Price & Payment

When you accept your order, it constitutes an agreement between you as a customer and Arta, and Arta is solely responsible for this order. And when you choose to pay by credit card or prepay through the site, delivery fees will be calculated for each order separately and displayed in the order summary.

Prepaid/credit cards: 

• Please read the terms and conditions of the service before using the service.

• The customer has the right to cancel the order within a maximum of 15 minutes of accepting the request.

The process of refunding the amount to the customer’s account via the payment gateway of the prepaid / credit card may take 14-20 working days, and in the event of any delay in re-crediting the amount to the account of the customer who paid it, the customer must follow up with the bank directly and an email will be sent from us to the customer containing On a printed copy of the refund notice printed from the payment gateway of the prepaid / credit card as a reference in case the customer wishes to review the bank.

Customers using the prepaid/credit card payment service are required to be present on their contact numbers.

The customer will be compensated by ARTA if any part of the order is missing (payment is only applicable for the missing item and compensation is subject to ARTA’s policy). The credit or prepaid cards that the customer uses to pay through the electronic payment gateway on the Arta website or application must be owned by the customer himself. If the ownership of the card belongs to another person, the customer must use it legally, with the approval of the card owner.

The customer is fully reposible for executing and submitting the order using the prepaid/credit card payment service after carefully reading all terms and conditions.

 

Order Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel the order within (15) minutes of submitting the order via the application or by calling the hotline, and while the customer wants to cancel the order after the specified period and the product.

• Although every effort is made to ensure that the requested prices and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order containing incorrect information. 

• Arta reserves the right to cancel any order before or after it has been accepted, and we will inform you immediately of any such cancellation. 

• Any refunds will be returned to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days. 

• The customer cannot cancel the order after it has gone out for delivery of after receiving it.

 

 

Return Policy

• The member must report when he wants to replace or return the product to find out the reason. 

• The member has the right to return the product if he no longer wishes to own it within 24 hours from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in the same condition upon receipt and wrapped in the original packaging. 

• To benefit from Arta’s return and exchange services, you must bring the original invoice. 

• The customer has the right to return or exchange in the event of a malfunction or defect, after Arta examines the item to be replaced or returned to verify whether the failure or defect is technical from the source or from the customer’s misuse, and that requires from Arta one to five working days. 

• In the event that Arta confirms that the item is manufactured defect, the item will be replaced or returned and the member will be refunded for the value of the item itself only. 

• Arta does not accept returns on products after 10 days from the date of receipt.

• The customer has an option to return the item him/herself to our location or request a pick up of which he/she is responsible for the returned items delivery fee. 

• The original delivery fee when item was delivered will not be refunded to the customer.

• ARTA does not bear any responsibilities for damage to any product or item due to the misuse of it by the customer.

• In the event that a replacement product is not available for the replaced product, it will be replaced with other products or the amount of the same product will be refunded, according to the customer’s desire.

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Arta takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and in case you have problems with an order for any product, please contact Arta via our live chat or by email or whatsapp and we will help you and try to solve the problem.

• In the event that the order is not obtained or an incorrect order is received, the customer will be either sent the correct order or the full amount will be returned to the customer. 

• If part of your order is missing, we will refund the amount for the missing part of your order. 

• The paid amount will be returned to your bank account within 14-20 working days from the date of issued refund. In any case, we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with the Arta service.

 • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or your bank account, within 14-20 working days.

 
Late or missing refunds

1- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
